E-SignIndia is a trading name of Access Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an authorised dealer of Digital Signature Certificates operating from Noida since 2015. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we hold your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about the filing or portal you need a certificate for.
When you apply for a certificate. A Digital Signature Certificate cannot be issued without identity documents. Depending on the application that usually means your PAN, an address proof such as Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or a recent utility bill, a photograph, and for organisations the company PAN, incorporation or registration documents and a board resolution or authorisation letter. Foreign applicants provide a passport and attested copies instead.
When you use this website. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and Google Ads to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. These record things like the pages you visited, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser. We do not use this to identify you personally.
This website has no forms, no accounts and no online payment. Nothing is collected from you here unless you choose to contact us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to tell you which certificate your filing actually needs, to submit your application to a Certifying Authority, and to support you afterwards with installation and portal problems.
Who we share it with
Certifying Authorities. This is the important one. We are a dealer, not a Certifying Authority. A certificate is issued by a CA licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Your application and supporting documents are passed to the CA you are applying to, because the certificate cannot be issued otherwise. The CA verifies your identity and holds that record under its own obligations.
Google. Analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are dealing with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, because certificate holders frequently come back for renewal or support. Application documents are retained for the period the Certifying Authority and Indian law require.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies on this site. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works normally without them.
Your certificate and your token password
We never hold your token password and we cannot recover it. If you forget it, neither we nor the Certifying Authority can reset it and the certificate has to be reissued. The private key lives on your USB token and cannot be copied off it — not by us, and not by anyone else.
