ProdigiSign is one of the Certifying Authorities we supply, alongside VSign, Pantasign and eMudhra. If your certificate is being issued through ProdigiSign, these are the two places you will need to go.
Complete your eKYC
Your application starts with eKYC. Sign in with the credentials issued when you applied:
The session lasts 20 minutes. That is enough time if your documents are already scanned and to hand, and not enough if you start hunting for your PAN card halfway through. Have your documents, phone and email open before you sign in, because a timeout means starting the step again.
Track your status and complete video verification
The same page handles both DSC status and video verification:

You will need the applicant’s PID and an OTP. The PID is issued when the application is created — if you do not have it, we do, so call us rather than guessing.
Record the video somewhere quiet and reasonably lit, and read out whatever the screen asks you to read. Background noise and poor light are the two usual reasons a video is sent back.
If the session times out
Nothing is lost. Sign in again and resume — the application stays where it was. What causes real delay is repeatedly abandoning the step halfway, so it is worth gathering everything first:
- PAN card
- Address proof
- A phone with signal, for the OTP
- The email address used on the application
- Somewhere quiet with decent light, if video verification is next
Once the certificate is issued
The certificate is downloaded onto your USB token. If you have not bought a token yet, or are not sure which one you have, the USB token guide covers the devices and the downloads page has the drivers.
Certifying Authorities each use their own download utility and they are not interchangeable, so use the one belonging to the authority that issued your certificate. If yours came from VSign instead, the Vsign download utility is the one you need.
